Objectives

  1. Maximizing the number of conversions (CVs) throughout the campaign period.
  2. Improving Ad Banner CTR before the campaign season starts to increase followers.

Outcomes

  1. Maximizing Conversions (CVs) During the Campaign Period.
    • Total Conversions Achieved: 1,818 CVs over 3 months (average of 606 CVs per month)
    • Regular Period: Monthly average of 234 CVs
  2. Improving Ad Banner CTR to Boost Followers Before the Campaign
    • CTR Improvement: 176% increase
    • Details: CTR rose from 9.56% to 16.86% within 3 months

User Flow

When users visit the landing page (LP) and attempt to leave, a popup banner appears. By tapping the banner, they are redirected to the LINE top page, where they can follow the account.
*LINE is the most popular social media app in Japan.

Strategy

Improving Ad Banner CTR

  • Verified through A/B Testing
  • Created multiple banners by adjusting visual designs and copywriting to align with user emotions.

Sending Promotion DM

  • Create banners to evoke the exclusive lavender scent.
  • Highlight “limited quantity” and “ending soon” to grab users’ attention.
